Pricing is per user. Essentials is £20 per user a month for one branch and up to 50 managed tenancies. Professional is £42 per user a month for up to 3 branches and 600 managed tenancies. £20 and £42 are early-customer prices until 7 April 2027: agencies joining after that pay the original £35 (Essentials) and £80 (Professional). Groups with four or more branches get a custom Enterprise plan. Prices exclude VAT, every plan includes every feature — including the client portal — with free setup and training, and annual billing gives you 2 months free.
Yes. We migrate your existing properties, contacts and tenancies for you. Data migration is a one-off £500 service, and it is currently free.
Yes. Each branch can have its own currency and time zone, so you can run GBP, AED and OMR side by side, with three-decimal rials and dinars handled correctly. Compliance rules are built in for the UK and Oman.
Yes — through a branded widget on your own website. Tenants report repairs and see their tenancy and invoices, landlords approve work and respond to offers, suppliers manage their jobs, and anyone can sign documents you send.
You link your agency's WhatsApp number to Fivura by scanning a QR code. Messages then arrive in the same inbox as your website chat and email.
Every agency gets its own isolated database, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and access is controlled by roles and branches with a full audit trail. Payments are handled by Paddle, so we never see card details.
No long contract and no setup fee. Plans are billed monthly (or annually with 2 months free) and you can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund policy for the details.
