1. How billing works
Fivura plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which issues your invoices and receipts.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your workspace stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. There is no cancellation fee.
3. 14-day refund on your first payment
If Fivura is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full.
4. After the first 14 days
After that, payments are not refundable and we do not refund part-used months. We will always refund you, in full or in part as appropriate, if:
- you were charged in error or charged twice;
- you were charged after you had cancelled; or
- Fivura was unavailable or not working for a significant part of a billing period because of a fault on our side.
5. Data migration
Data migration is normally a one-off fee of £500, currently waived, so there is nothing to refund. Where a migration fee has been paid, it is refundable in full if you cancel before we start the migration work.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your agency name and the date of the payment. You can also contact Paddle directly about any payment at paddle.net.
Approved refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card provider.
7. Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
