Pricing questions
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Do the plans have different features?
No. Every plan includes every Fivura feature. Plans differ only in how many branches and staff users you have, and Enterprise adds training and rollout help.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles invoices, VAT and receipts. Fivura never sees your card details.
Can we change plan or cancel?
Yes. Talk to us to move to a bigger or smaller plan as your agency changes. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
Why can't we sign up straight away?
Fivura is set up by invitation so every agency gets a proper start: a demo, a workspace configured for your branches, and your data migrated. Once you're ready, we send you an invite key to sign up.
What does data migration cost?
Data migration is normally £500 and is currently free for a limited time. We move your existing properties, contacts and tenancies into Fivura for you.
