Encrypted in transit
Every connection to Fivura — the app, the API and the client widget — is served over HTTPS (TLS).
Hosted in the UK
Fivura's application servers run in a UK data centre. Files are stored with Cloudflare R2 and email is sent through Amazon Web Services in Ireland.
Verified contacts
Tenants, landlords and applicants verify their email address when they register for the client portal, and identity and right-to-rent documents are reviewed by your team.
No card details, ever
Subscription payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Card numbers go to Paddle directly and never touch Fivura's servers.
UK GDPR aware
You stay the controller of your clients' data; we process it on your instructions. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
