Pricing is per user. Essentials is £35 per user a month for one branch and up to 50 managed tenancies. Professional is £80 per user a month for up to 3 branches and 600 managed tenancies. Groups with four or more branches get a custom Enterprise plan. Prices exclude VAT, every plan includes every feature — including the client portal — with free setup and training, and annual billing gives you 2 months free.
Yes. We migrate your existing properties, contacts and tenancies for you. Data migration is a one-off £500 service, and it is currently free.
Yes. Each branch keeps its own currency and time zone, so an Omani branch invoices, collects rent and reports in OMR with all three decimals — and a group can run other currencies side by side in other branches.
Yes. Oman’s requirements are built into the compliance catalogue — municipality tenancy registration, the Muscat municipality rent fee, rent-increase and notice rules, title-deed registration, the brokerage licence, anti-money laundering and civil-defence fire safety.
Yes — through a branded widget on your own website. Tenants report repairs and see their tenancy and invoices, landlords approve work and respond to offers, suppliers manage their jobs, and anyone can sign documents you send.
You link your agency's WhatsApp number to Fivura by scanning a QR code. Messages then arrive in the same inbox as your website chat and email.
Every agency gets its own isolated database, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and access is controlled by roles and branches with a full audit trail. Payments are handled by Paddle, so we never see card details.
